12 Reasons Why Disney Friends Are The Greatest
Oh My Disney

Friends are some of the greatest relations we can have. But sometimes, they just don't understand why you can be so passionate about the things you love, and the things that you enjoy so much, like Disney. Lots of people like Disney, but they don't love it as much as you do. There are so many reasons why they are the best, and it's all under that small world of Disney that brings you all together.

1. They understand all of your Disney references.

Every last one, even the ones that aren't well known.

2. When a Disney song comes on, everyone will sing.

No matter if you can't sing, everyone will join in and sing their hearts out. What else would you do when a Disney song comes on?

3. They share in your pain of not being able to buy merchandise.

We all know the price of Disney. It can be expensive. It takes a lot of practice to save up money, and just get that one doll you've been wanting to get forever.

4. They'll also rejoice when you get a new Tsum-Tsum, plushie, pin, charm or t-shirt.

Hey, they'll even share what they've purchased, too. There's no competition at all -- just friends showing each other the things they love.

5. They will drop everything and watch a Disney movie with you.

Everyone's down for a good Disney movie, but not everyone will stop what they're doing and watch it with you.

6. You won't be judged for crying during a Disney movie.

Everyone's possibly crying together, whether it's from laughter or something like Mufasa's death. Everything will turn out alright in the end. After all, it is Disney.

7. You'll make friends all around the world.

This is why we have the Internet, since it's a small world after all. You discover people from different places, who appreciate and love Disney just as much as you do. They completely understand you like no one ever has.

8. Going to a Disney Park is a million times better with them than with anyone else.

One day you'll all be able to meet with your Internet friends, and it'll be at a park for sure. Even then, it's way better to go with another Disney lover. You'll know the ins and outs, and how to make your visit the most memorable.

9. They will probably know what "Disneybounding" is, and would join you in a heartbeat.

It's more fun to do it with friends, especially when they know who you're supposed to be.

10. They are some of the nicest and kindest people in the world.

After all, most of them did grow up on that Disney magic.

11. You can actually see the Disney magic come alive when you're with them.

The magic just keeps spreading over and over again through the laughter and stories between everyone.

12. Without a doubt, they'll always be there for you.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
