A Deeper Look Into the Personal Life of Sustainable Marvel, Bronwyn Jones

Bronwyn has always been a force of nature. She is a powerhouse in every field she decides to pursue, and everyone who knows her loves her. We know her as the sustainable queen of Los Angeles Real Estate, but there is so much more to her. Actress, mother, wellness enthusiast, songwriter, and incredible woman all appear on her resume.

She began acting as a soap opera star and working as a VJ for MTV Australia. "I feel like I was born an actress; I spent half my life acting. Being an actress and a host comes naturally to me," She said. She states that entertainment is one of her true loves, and even with her success in sustainable real estate and other endeavors, she will always love entertainment. Not only did she act in Australia, but before her submergence into the real estate world, she was also a singer. "In my younger years, I was signed to Warner Chappell, and wrote a lot of pop, rap, and folk songs. It was really fun. Right now, my music career is on hold as I work as an entrepreneur, but I do have a lot of songs that have not been released yet, and that I hope to put out in a children's format at some point."

After moving to the states, she was a venture capitalist with her ex-husband. This experience allowed her to gain the knowledge to be the exceptional entrepreneur she is and sparked her passion for business. In-between studying for her "WELL" certification, running a company, and networking with anyone who's anyone in Los Angeles, she has defined herself as Los Angeles' real estate go-to guru!

Out of all of Bronwyn Jonesaccomplishments and ventures, the one that holds the most special place in her life is being a mom. She has a 13-year-old son that is "very outspoken and outgoing," which is understandable with a mother like her. She is always busy but makes sure to prioritize family, "Even though I'm always working, it's important to take time off for family, health, and fitness. I've actually started working out with my son, who is 13. It's a great way to blow off steam and spend time together. We go away on lots of trips. We also love cooking together and spending much needed time relaxing together."

Sustainability is taught at home as well as in the office. "it [motherhood] has really solidified my aims to leave the world in a better place than when I came into it. I want the world to be a beautiful place for my kids and future grandkids, and that has a lot to do with my mission in regards to sustainability and technology." Aside from eco-health, she is also very personally health conscious.

Daily routines and rituals are a hallmark in any successful person's life, so Jones shared hers. "I try to always activate my melatonin by looking out to the sun when I wake up, and dimming the lights at night. I try not to spend too much screen time at night. My daily ritual is listening to positive affirmations, and doing a lot of guided meditation and yoga to help me feel balanced. It calms me down and helps me sleep properly." Working for health from the inside out is a game-changer, and Jones has even decided to develop a nutraceutical supplement called Intelli-Slim. It's a patented formula that includes mushroom science, boosts the brain's vitality, and gives you strength. She wants to share her secrets so that everyone can be pioneers in their field and break barriers just as she does.

So there you have it, the key to being successful is being like Bronwyn.

Summer isn't alway just fun in the sun.

Summer Slump

Summer is a time for fun in the sun, hanging out with friends, and living it up, but for some people, that's not the case. Summer is a nightmare for idle minds. Let me explain what I mean by that. For people with mental illness having the extra time to think and relax can be devastating for their mental health. Now, this isn't a problem for everyone but for some people who suffer from mental illness, this is a reality.

The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) reported that about 35.7% of 12th graders in the U.S. had used marijuana in the past year, and 11.8% reported daily use. As for coming to school under the influence, specific statistics can be hard to come by, but there is concern that the increasing social acceptance of marijuana may lead to higher rates of use among teenagers.
