2There are two kinds of people in this world: people who love Christmas music, and people who absolutely can not stand it. As someone who absolutely loves Christmas music, I often find it hard to understand why some people despise it so much. Despite that, I have thought about it some more, and I have found a few reasons why some people hate it with such vitriol.

1. It can be extremely annoying!

Yes, I do love Christmas music, but there are a multitude of songs that really do make me want to rip my hair out. Plus, there are numbers of radio stations that change from their normal pop, country, or classics music to play these songs. When you expect an outcome and it doesn't work out, its annoying, right? Right.

2. It's too happy and jolly for some people to tolerate!

We all know a person who rolls their eyes just as soon as they hear the intro to "We Wish You a Merry Christmas," or "Santa Clause is Coming to Town." That person for me is my dad, and each time I ask him why he hates it so much, he tells me,"There is no way that people are that happy to be around their entire family. Its fake."

3. Some people just simply hate the Christmas holiday!

We all know a Grinch.

4. The reason for the season may have been forgotten!

It seems more an more people every year forget what Christmas is all about. Christmas is a time where families comes together, they visit, and they either worship or review their year together. It is a holiday full of happiness. It is often forgotten that it isn't about what you get out from under that tree, nor is it about how much egg nog you can drink, but it is about being joyful, cheerful, and full of love for everyone around you.

Merry Christmas!

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
