Ah, the fire is crackling, I have a cup of hot chocolate, and I am smiling at my TV. You know what that means? That means it is the season of Hallmark movies. While others have already done their Christmas shopping, have the eggnog chilling in their fridge, and have their holiday dates planned with their boyfriend, I have been anticipating this holiday season for other reasons.
While I do love Thanksgiving and would never in a million years celebrate Christmas before Dec. 23rd, I guiltily started celebrating on November 4th. I know, I know I'm ashamed of myself but let me explain. The reason for this early start to my Christmas celebration is because of Chad Michael Murray. You all may know him from "One Tree Hill," "A Cinderella Story," or "Freaky Friday" but I know him as my dream man. Therefore, when I heard that Chad, yes we are on a first name basis, was starring in a Hallmark movie on November 4th I made sure I had it recorded on my TV.
Now, I know people who are not fans of Hallmark movies will say they have the same plot and consist of similar characters with no uniqueness to them. Well, duh but you don't watch a Hallmark movie for the plot of them, you watch Hallmark movies for the fine ass looking men that they cast. Some of these men include Chad Michael Murray (of course), Eric Winter, Peter Porte, Luke Macfarlane, Wes Brown, Matt Long, Andrew Cooper, and Brant Daugherty.
If you didn't know who these gentlemen were beforehand, you're welcome for bringing them into your presence. The plot is always going to be the same and you know that the final, climactic scene of the movie is going to happen within the last 30 seconds when the main characters kiss, but you can still guarantee a great film if these men are starring in it. So tell your boyfriend you'll see him later, get yourself a cup of spiked eggnog, and cuddle in to watch these hot men on the Hallmark Channel.

In a nutshell, Hallmark Christmas movies are great but ones with Chad Michael Murray in it are even better. Don't worry if you haven't seen "Road to Christmas," it will be on the Hallmark Channel Sunday, December 16th at 2 a.m. Trust me, it is worth staying up that late to watch it.
