I can't help it if I was born with a TV personality.

13 More Reasons Why I Should Be On The Next Season Of 'The Bachelor'

It's that time of year again. Summer is around the corner, schools finishing up, and 'The Bachelorette' is making its debut to show us all the best (and worst) men this country has to offer. It's a wonderful time. As I always say, it truly is a way of life, something special to be a part of, and just something fun to make Monday night just a little bit sweeter with your friends.

Over a year ago, I presented 13 reasons why I should be on "The Bachelor". So I thought it was high time I update my list, ya know, just in case the "Bachelor" gods are looking down on me.

1. I love wine.

Me plus wine equals a good time for everyone, or at least an interesting time.

2. I can entertain myself.

Giphy

I get it. There's only one man and 25 girls, it's cool. I could talk to a brick wall for hours, which is also helpful when I go on dates.

3. I have a terrible sense of self-worth.

I got nothin' to lose.

4. I'm not committed to anyone or anything.

Commitment who?

5. I can dance.

Might I add- not well. But I feel like I should just list all my qualities right here, right now so we know what we're dealing with.

6. I'm from New Mexico.

Diversity. But not too much. I'm still blonde and blue eyed.

7. I'm heartless.

Ice cold baby. I will break hearts left and right without an ounce of remorse.

8. I'm a college graduate.

Now I'm a girl with a college degree. Just putting all my contributing factors on the line here.

9. I have little to no experience with relationships.

I'm like a fresh baby lamb. I have no idea what I'm doing. You can mold me to your whim.

10. I need the money.

media.giphy.com

I understand I don't get paid to be on the show, but the brand deals after could help me survive in this dog-eat-dog world. And I just want to eat.

11. I can get attached very easily.

media.giphy.com

It's one of my many qualities.

12. I don't know how to make out.

media.giphy.com

That would make for excellent TV.

13. I'm always ready for a good time.

There is nothing in the world quite like the "Bachelor" franchise. It's good and bad and everything in-between. And I wouldn't have it any other way.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
