1. Car connector plays a role in ensuring car safety

Therefore, the temperature resistance of car connectors is higher than that of ordinary connectors.

In order to avoid the impact on safety and performance, the waterproof of the car connector is another important performance, which means waterproof automotive connectors are required. Between the male connector and the device, between the female connector and the cable, between the male connector and the cable, and between the female connector and the cable, the four types of connections need to be waterproofed. The international automotive connector waterproof standard is IP67, which is also the industry's waterproof standard. According to different car parts, there will be different waterproof requirements. There are three main types of waterproofing for automotive connectors:

(2)Sealing ring (silicone ring) for waterproofing;

(3) Use waterproof glue for waterproofing.
