So a few day's ago, word on the street was that Chef's Club Counter located at 62 Spring Street in New York City would be having a Bob's Burger's pop up shop from December 18th, lasting until December 24th. Although I wanted to attend this one so badly, it didn't happen, but I did do my research. With lines growing longer by the day, the demands of customers relied on the tasty products on the menu. Every day for the week entailed a different themed burger based on the recipes from the actual television show. Beginning on Monday, the burger of the day was the "Baby You Can Chive My Car!" burger.

Following up with this creative little meal, Chef's Club Counter introduced Bob's Burger's fans to the taste of the "Don't Four Cheddar 'Bout Me" burger on Tuesday morning. Take a look below.

If that didn't satisfy New Yorkers enough, they whipped up some "Foot Feta-Ish/Never Been Feta" burgers on Wednesday. Since the first burger of the week drew over 400 customers, you can only imagine what the lines were looking like by Wednesday!

What was Thursday's theme? Well let's see, the chef Alvin Cailan shared the recipe with his followers and it illustrated fried Shitake mushrooms...you guessed it. It was the "Dark Side of the Shroom" burger!

Yummy, huh? Just when you though that was scrumptious enough, Chef's Club also presented the "Hit Me With Your Best Shallot" burger on Friday. Who wouldn't enjoy shallots between buns?!

Indeed, it did not stop here because to end the week they served the "We're Here Gruyère Used To It" burger. Imagine the thought of this fancy cheese sitting on your tastebuds for once.

Last but definitely not least, the final burger of the week ladies and gentlemen...I'm sure a lot of customers came ready to "Bet It All On Black Garlic." Sounds lovely actually, here's a photo by the official restaurant below.

Now that you've been introduced to these different eats, it's time to read between the buns. A few people (including myself of course) were just a little salty (no pun intended). Well, for me it was mainly due to the fact that out of the entire week I couldn't find just one day to go, but for others who actually took the time out to attend the pop up shop, it wasn't such an enjoyable experience.
Let's look at some of the information behind all of the hype here, so when Chef's Counter Club officially made the announcement about the pop up shop, they informed everyone that the gourmet burgers would cost $20 and would be served along with french fries. Although the prices seem a bit ridiculous, the proceeds are for donations towards the fire department in LA. They also made it clear that they'd be making more and more burgers of the day until supplies ran out.
So, when the time came for those who were ready to fill their stomachs, the lines became something serious and they began serving every day from 11:30 in the morning. One customer was not too happy about the unprofessionalism of the restaurant and felt as though things could've been done so much better.

Well, hopefully next time a pop up shop with an idea like this will last just a little bit longer with enough quantities to last for the entire, if not majority of the day. From the rest of the pictures posted by customers, it seems like each burger tasted great and turned out to be a success, so you go Chef's Club! Perhaps not too long from now us New Yorkers will be able to try your rendition of something from Kim Possible's Bueno Nacho or possibly a Krabby Patty, but hey! These are just ideas.
