10 Perfect Podcasts to Get You Ready for Spooky Season

Spooky season is finally upon us! What is better than cuddling up and watching the scariest movies of all time? Absolutely nothing. But what do you do when you aren't off to get yourself in the Halloween mood? How do you get your scary-time fix to and from work or at the grocery store? If you don't have a solution, have no fear, I hold the key to a quick-fix right here!

While podcasts have been around for a few years, they've really jumped onto the radar in the last couple of years. And for all of you who live under a rock and don't know what a Podcast is, the best way to describe it is "television for your ears," according to fellow podcast network Public Radio Alliance.

Now, I've been diving deep into the podcast world for about 3 years, listening to all different types of genres. Out of the limitless possibilities out there, scary stories/horror is my absolute FAVORITE type of podcast. Here is a list of what I believe to be the top 10 best podcasts to give you the horror vibes needed for Halloween.

Breakups are hard. There's nothing comparable to the pain of losing someone you thought would be in your life forever. Someone who said all the right things at the right times. Someone who would give you the reassurance you needed, whenever you needed it. And then one day, it just... stops. Something changes. Something makes you feel like you're suddenly not good enough for him, or anyone for that matter.

The longer you hang onto something, whether it be for sentimental value or simply routine, it becomes much harder to let go of. Starting the process of decluttering can be the hardest part. To make it a little easier, get out three boxes and label them Donate, Storage, and Trash. I'm in the middle of the process right now, and while it is quite time consuming, it is also so relieving and calming to see how much you don't have to deal with anymore. Use these six questions below to help decide where an item gets sorted or if it obtains the value to stay out in your precious sanctuary from the world.
