Everyone may be upset with how the presidency turned out, but this is could be a turning point for Marijuana in America. You may think your vote did not count, but to these propositions/measures. I believe that medical marijuana is important for certain people in small dosing, but potheads should not be a thing. People should not being taking advantage of marijuana as they do. Therefore I am happy we are turning a corner, however it should still be illegal to a point. This is what you need to know the election and how we changed marijuana.

Medical Marijuana passed: Florida, North Dakota and Arkansas. Montana lessoned restrictions on medical marijuana laws.

This means that people with health problem that get approved by a doctor can have assess to marijuana. Think about how this can help people with seizures like epilepsy calm down. Also with this law being passed we can do more and more researched on what diseases marijuana can treat. The more states that pass medical marijuana, the more it will just become a common thing.

Proposition 64: California, Nevada, Maine, and Massachusetts

This is by far the biggest win for marijuana in this election. Proposition 64 is the adult use of marijuana act. It states that anyone 21 and older can legally use, sell and consumption of recreational weed. This is huge especially for California because is the most populous state in America. With this being passed it allows non-medical marijuana to be sold by state licensed businesses and they make so much money off this. Maybe one day marijuana will be the new alcohol and will be on ever ballet.

Everything Bruce says in his classic rock songs.

bruce springsteen album cover born in the usa

Anyone who was born and raised in New Jersey (or anywhere really) knows of Bruce Springsteen, whether or not they like him is a whole other situation. I hope that his hundreds of classic rock songs and famous high energy performances, even in his sixties he can put on better concerts than people half his age, are at least recognizable to people of all ages. Love him or hate him (I identify with the former) you have to admit that some of his songs and interviews have inspirational quotes and lyrics.

Marconi Beach

Three years ago, I chose to attend college in Philadelphia, approximately 360 miles away from my small town in New Hampshire.
