Everyone hates traveling. Well everyone hates the actual process of getting to a location. It takes a long time. You end up smelling bad. If you're like me, you get carsick. And it's boring.
You need something to do to pass the time. You could listen to music, but that gets old real fast.
The alternative to music? Podcasts! Here are long podcasts that you can listen to in the car. And by podcasts you can listen to in the car, I mean podcasts that have most of their episodes last over an hour.
1.The Brooklyn Boys Podcast
If you are a fan of Elvis Duran and the Morning Show, which you can also listen to in the car, you might be a fan of this podcast. Brought to you by Morning Show panelist Skeery Jones and producer David Brody, or Brody and Skeery, depending on who you agree with. As the title suggests, these two are from Brooklyn, and talk about everything from acceptable foods to UPS. They also will feature occasional cameos from other Elvis Duran panelists and behind the scenes info about the show. Make sure to listen in order, so you'll be able to understand all their references.
2. Straight Talk With Ross
Hosted by comedian Ross Mathews, this podcast is nothing but comedy. From celebrity interviews, to games, to just plain talking about what's going on in their lives.
3. What's The Tee?
GiphyHosted by RuPaul and Michelle Visage, this podcast is perfect for when you need a pick me up and a good laugh at the same time. Some episodes feature a celebrity interview, some just feature Ru and Michelle riffing off of each other. You can always count on the episodes to feature pop culture discussions, usually from the 80's and 90's, stories from Ru and Michelle's past, and a mini psychiatry session.
4. Watch What Crappens
Are you a fan of all things Bravo? Even if you aren't, you'll probably like this podcast. Hosts Ben Mandelkur and Ronnie Karam break down almost every show on Bravo, no matter how ridiculous or bad. And yes there are impressions. They take over an hour to breakdown a bad episode of a Bravo show, you can only imagine how long it takes to break down a good episode.
