Does anyone else love ice cream as much as me? I would eat this ice cream every day if I could, but I can’t and no one should. So instead of having Ben & Jerry's or Breyers all of the time I make this banana ice cream as an alternative when I'm craving a sweet frozen treat!
To put it simply this “ice cream” has changed my life. This dessert is not like your traditional ice cream. It is dairy free, egg free, and sugar-free. You might be thinking to yourself, how can this be possible?
This "ice cream" is just frozen bananas blended together which makes for a creamy texture. It is healthy and really does taste like a decadent and sweet dessert. So next time you want ice cream, try making this instead.
