January is upon us, and that only means one thing -- "The Bachelor." I've been watching this show for years, and every season it somehow keeps getting better and better. This season's leading man, Ben Higgins, genuinely seems to be looking for love. Although it's still early, there have been some serious standouts.

1. Caila.

From the first night, it was clear these two had chemistry. Two people who sell software, basically a match made in heaven. These two went on a pretty horrible, yet hilarious date with Ice Cube and Kevin Hart. Although the date was lacking air balloons and picnics, that's a reason why I loved it so much. It was more realistic, and the fact that Caila was able to laugh along was pretty impressive.

2. JoJo.

When JoJo first stepped out of the limo in a unicorn head, I couldn't have rolled my eyes faster. There is nothing I hate more than the goofy gimmicks on night one. Usually these girls are sent home the first night, but not JoJo. She revealed to Ben the secret meaning behind the unicorn head, and it was actually really cute. He really seems to like JoJo, and I see her sticking around for a while.

3. Jennifer.

Although she's been staying under the radar, it's clear her and Ben have chemistry. Lets not forget that she was the first girl he kissed, and that pulls some serious weight. We don't know much about her besides she's gorgeous and seems nice, but once she gets a one on one, we're going to be seeing a lot more of her.

4. Amanda.

I always find myself rooting for the single moms, and it seems like Ben is also. When he found out she was mother, he was impressed and intrigued. He made it clear from Kaitlyn's season, that he was looking to settle down and have a family. Plus, the fact that he made hair accessories for her daughters is basically the cutest thing ever.

5. Lauren B.

Oh, Lauren B, the clear standout out amongst all the Lauren's this season. She is sweet, bubbly, adorable, and totally Ben's type. He had a picture of them from night one framed, it's safe to say she's making the final three.

6. Olivia.

Every season there's the girl whose totally cocky and clearly not there to make friends, this season that girl is Olivia. It's clear she's a front runner, because she got the first impression rose and the first group date rose. The girls hate her, and America is beginning to also. The minute she see's him forming a connection with someone else, she's going to break. I am anxiously awaiting that moment.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
