I like to dress this up simply with some fresh lime juice, salt and pepper, but a lot of summer salad lovers like to use a balsamic dressing.
2. Avocado Rolls
Simply the best; a go-to if you're looking for something a little crisper! Combine some avocado, garlic, tomatoes, lime juice, and onions. Season with salt and pepper, then wrap the mixture in a wonton roll and fry in a pan.
3. Avocado Chickpea Salad Sandwich
