Recently, Autodesk updated its SketchBook app. After the update, for me, it has become one of the greatest drawings apps to have for artists. Here are three reasons why Autodesk SketchBook should be the best app for drawing:

1. It's compatible on laptop, tablet, and phone

Not all drawing apps are compatible in every electronic device, but Autodesk SketchBook is! I am having lots of fun using this app through my laptop. I used to have this app on my phone but it's too small to see and use, but now I can't wait to see what I can draw with this app through my laptop! You can easily find it on play store or Microsoft store.

2. It's easy to use

Once you have this app in your device, it is so easy to use once you get familiar with its settings and tools. Also, you can position or rotate your canvas whatever you feel it's more comfortable when drawing. Best things with using this app through my laptop are that I can zoom in and out of my canvas and the screen is like a touch screen so it makes it easier for me to draw.

3. More drawing tools

There are more drawing tools to use after the app has updated. There are more drawing pens and pencils to use. Moreover, there are tools that already have colors laid out for you to choose. There are a color editor and a pen editor if you need adjust them for drawing. There are still erasers available and a save button to save your work of art. Most importantly, there is easier access in getting more layers! You can also change what kind of layer you want according to your drawing like lighten, darken, multiply, and etc. I remember being frustrated with only able to have three layers before the app have updated.

Now having this new updated version and ideal drawing app, Autodesk SketchBook is like a dream come true for artists.
