1. Appearance

As a portable projector, the Emotn H1 is more compact and portable than the Anker Nebula Mars II Pro. Both projectors are equipped with carrying handles for on-the-go use. The two projectors are somewhat similar in appearance and shape. Emotn H1 has made an innovative design in the projection industry in terms of appearance by changing the ordinary keys into a mechanical keyboard, which is not easy to get stuck when using. The resolution of Nebula Mars II Pro is 720P, while Emotn H1 has 1080P resolution and supports 4K movies, the higher resolution can make the projected image clearer. If you like to watch movies at night and enjoy more detailed images, Emotn H1 is a good choice.

The Nebula Mars II Pro is equipped with Android 7.1 and comes with 1+8GB of memory, while the Emotn H1 is equipped with Android 9.0 and has 1+16GB of memory. The H1 has twice the ROM of the Mars II Pro, and with the newer system, it gives users more space to install software and has better compatibility with software. If you want to download and install more of your favorite software, buying a projector with larger storage is a smart choice. At the same time, Emotn H1 is equipped with a self-developed and customized UI, with lower hardware resource consumption, providing a minimal, efficient, easy-to-use and smooth operating experience. Users can customize their own personalized wallpaper and arrange the position of applications.

4. Connectivity

In terms of interface, Nebula Mars II Pro has HDMI and USB interface while H1 has more than that. In addition to HDMI and USB, there are TF (Micro SD), SPDIF interface, network cable interface and audio interface on the back of H1 to realize more connectivities. Both projectors support Bluetooth speaker mode, which turns the projector into a Bluetooth speaker. The H1 is Bluetooth 5.0, which is faster and more stable than the Mars II Pro's Bluetooth 4.0 transmission. And the H1's optical machine will automatically turn off in Bluetooth speaker mode, so there will be no noise disturbance to the music.

5. Summary

Emotn H1 and Anker Nebula Mars II Pro have their own advantages. Mars II Pro is brighter and has a larger battery capacity, while H1 has a higher resolution and can show better image details, and the system has more advantages with more interfaces to connect different devices. Emotn H1 is $260 cheaper than the Nebula Mars II Pro, so it’s more cost-effective for a home projector.
