A Review Of "My Life As A Woman"

An Adventure In The Lives Of Women

In all fairness of this article, I was asked to review this book. The book came and it has a really beautiful glossy cover. It is big, about 2 and a half pounds from the Amazon details page. The book itself has a good message. It starts out slow, but has a motivational prologue that goes over the details of the what, when, why, how, etc., but you can skip to the table of contents and surf to the good stuff. I was fascinated by the cover when it arrived. and scanning through just a few stories, my curiosity got the best of me.

I admit, I did not read every page, as the book is big, and will take time to read, but this book reads as an adventure, to pick out different stories, as the book does not follow any linear pattern, so you can keep track however you want. Choose a page, get a different country, different woman, and a different story.

From the author himself who seems to be very passionate about this project, the women's stories are packed with adventure, knowledge, and wisdom. A woman is seen as fragile as glass, but she is as strong as a hard rock stone from deep inside of her soul. Many women out in the world struggle daily as a wife, as a mother, sister, or even as a working woman. These women sometimes become victims which is usually not always by choice. Everyone has their own story that might be different from others but they all have one thing in common: "struggle".

Most women go through many hardships but it teaches them to learn how to protect themselves, their family or their dreams, etc. Women make the world more beautiful and exciting. She always gives the world a reason to be a better place and to strive for better. "My Life As A Woman" is a collection of stories that review different women living in different countries.

This book provides insight into how a woman can survive through her obligations, sometimes having fewer resources, and almost no rights. These women are super heroines to struggle and all have their own unique power to conquer the world. Women empowerment is an underlying topic that has been crucial with many critics, especially in the Arab world, but much to the world's surprise, this book exposes what most of the Arab world already knows: women have many rights.

"Women empowerment" alludes to the way toward expanding on women's obligation to command over their own vital life decisions that influence them and acceptance to open doors that permit them thoroughly to understand their own abilities. Women empowerment as a financial, political, and sociocultural cycle faces difficulty with the arrangement of sexual definitions that have brought about women's subjection and minimization to improve their personal satisfaction.

Malala Fund has rightly stated, "every girl should know that her voice can change the world." A rightful voice struggles hard to reach over the top of mountains, but it must reach its peak point. Women are the roots of their houses, and in the business field, they are the pillars to build their success. Each woman can inspire the others who do struggle and overcome all the fears she has to face throughout her life so she can become someone who everyone envies.

"

My Life As A Woman" is the book that gives every woman courage and power to take a step forward and become someone special and outstanding. The women in the book have a core message that must reach every woman in this world. You won't be disappointed reading and learning how powerful a woman can be if she knows where she has come from. Ask yourself daily what you want to do with this life to understand that you can either be a survivor or you can remain a victim.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
