I live and breathe through these gifted eyes. The views aren't always the prettiest, but that's reality.

My almond shaped eyes,

How interesting they are

With small black hairs that curl out

Almost like its own species

Almond shaped eyes that aren't edible like actual almonds

But has its own traits

Irises that go deep into a woody forest

And lenses of 20/20 that bring everything to clarity

If only they could unsee some things,

But that would be unrealistic

Since violent crimes and wars are a part of this world

In which these almond shaped eyes belong in

There are the beautiful upsides

Like sherbert sunsets and blue skies

In which still belong in the same world

Like a almond shaped camera that allows me

to photograph everything cherishable

Thank you almond shaped eyes

For the snapshots of everything beautiful

And humbling with the realities

You're appreciated

Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
