Whether you know him for his portrayal as the Joker in "The Dark Knight" or the charming bad boy, Patrick, in "10 Things I Hate About You," chances are that you were devastated at the death of Heath Ledger. In honor of the legendary his recent birthday, here are some of the best movies he created in his short time as an actor.

This Oscar-winning movie should be on the top of every movie lover's list. The unbelievable chemistry between Ledger and Gyllenhaal is bound to move you to tears.
