Yay leftovers! These can all be found on Pinterest, just thought I would put the ideas out there for y'all.

1. Parmesan Pork Chops

This delicious recipe is just panko breadcrumbs and parmesan coating about ½ inch thick pork chops. When I made this recipe for someone, they cleared their plate quick! I paired it with parmesan baby red potatoes and green beans seasoned with butter and spices.

2. King Ranch Casserole

My mom made this quite a bit growing up and it's yummy! Plus, it's super easy and you just put it in the oven, let it cool, and consume. Cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, shredded chicken, corn tortillas, lots of cheese, and some Rotel on top.

3. Tator Tot Casserole

Another favorite from my childhood, just put ground beef on the bottom and cover it with cream of mushroom mixture, cheese, and tater tots. I personally always pair it with a salad since it isn't the healthiest casserole.

4. Chicken Parmesan Casserole

One word: delicious. You've seen multiple casseroles on here, and that's because they are so easy to make that you can get other stuff done while you're cooking dinner. All you need is either some pre-breaded chicken or chicken, bread crumbs, spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella cheese.

5. Beef Burrito Casserole

This recipe just requires ground taco meat, big flour tortillas, chili without beans and again, lots of cheese. Occasionally, beans are included in the burritos as well and that just makes them even better. I always make sure to have guacamole to go with this recipe and some Spanish-style rice.

6. Chicken Enchilada Soup

I usually just buy some type of soup kit and go from there. This is another easy one because it can be made within 10 minutes. Pair with avocado and tortilla strips for a yummy comfort soup.

7. Chili with a kick

My mom has always made the best chili, and what's even better is that it can be made in the crockpot with almost little to no thought. Just purchase a 2-Alarm Chili kit from your local grocery store and follow the directions. To add spice my mom cut off the top of one or two jalapenos and puts them in there until she served the food. Pair with rice and guacamole or maybe make a Frito pie. Either way, I promise it will be delicious.
