Halloween at college is hard, especially when you are all broke. Here are some last minute Halloween costumes you can put together for a cheap price.

1. BAE Watch Lifeguard

All you need is a BAE Watch bodysuit. Pair it with shorts of your choosing and the optional sunglasses, socks, whistle and fanny pack.

2. KISS
