I've already spent four days on the couch watching TV. Don't say you haven't either. If you haven't found your perfect show to watch this break, here's a little shove in the right direction.

1. Parenthood

This show has been my life for like three days. I heard that it was similar to This Is Us (another one of my favorites) and every episode seriously pulls on my heartstrings.

2. One Tree Hill

If you know me then you know this show is my all time favorite. Nothing has captured my heart like this show did.

3. Friday Night Lights


OTH fans and FNL fans are interchangeable. If you liked one, you'll love the other. Small town, sports, love and drama- what more could you ask for as you lay in bed all day and eat?

4. Family Feud

This is probably one of the last things you were thinking of, but y'all I can spend hours watching Steve Harvey make fun of people and not even realize how long it's been.

5. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt

If you're a believer that laughing gives you abs, get ready to get reaaaaal fit from this show.
