It's almost that time again! That's right American Horror Story Season 7, is right around the corner. For those of you who are not familiar. AHS is an American anthology horror series created and produced by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk. Each season is of a completely different theme and characters, sometimes they even use some inspiration behind true events. Now even though season 6, Roanoke, the story of the lost Roanoke colony in North Carolina was a bit of a sh!t show, it seems the new season is bound to be a good one. If you're a fan of creepy and haven't seen this show yet, let me give you some reasons why you should catch up before the new season airs on September 5th, 2017 !

1. Those Angles

Cinematographer, Michael Goi, knows what he's doing when he is filming for AHS. Coming in from the top or bottom of the screen to make the scene that much more creepy. Goi uses specialized lenses, subjective moody lighting and queasy camera movements to enhance the scenes intensity. His artistry with the camera is a major factor in my interest in the show.

2. Evan Peters

Evan has been apart of American Horror Story for all 6 seasons and will return for season 7. He executes every character he plays and is the cute in execute, am I right ? ;)

3. New Characters, Same Actors

The one thing that always gets new AHS fans is that each season uses the same actors for the most part. Each season holds a new spooky theme but there are a handful of staple actors (like Evan Peters above). I personally love the recycling of actors because it gives you a look at how talented they are. By using the same characters we fall in love (or hate them) for the new person they are embodying.

4. Trademark Font

This font is undeniable when you see it, resembling hieroglyphics in a way. It's name? Chelsea Studio by David F. Nalle !

5. Iconic Lines

There's no doubt that each season and quite frankly each episode has some lines that you are sure too remember. Here is one of my favorites said by the talented and bad-ass, Jessica Lange, from season 2.

American Horror Story is the perfect addition to that fall and Halloween feel. If you enjoy creepy themes, great actors, and intriguing story lines give this series a try! You can catch up to season 5 on Netflix before season 7 airs. Although, it is not necessary to watch them in order. I'm sure you'll love it, just...

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
