There is something about settling down with a bag of popcorn, warm fuzzy socks and cozy fall weather that just comforts the soul. The beautiful thing about movies is that they have this ability of completely engulfing a person on an aesthetic, audio and emotional level. Plus, it helps that they may or may not include some serious explosions and chaos. But movies can be so much more than just a method of passing the time. Movies can actually mean something. What if you watched a film the way you would read a classic novel or listen to your favorite sentimental song? What if you watched the way the camera moved or paid particular attention to the flow of light from one character to the next?
