1. He doesn't put in the effort

EFFORT. IS. KEY!!!

2. He doesn't seem to be motivated

Did you really grow up picturing Mr. Right to be LAZY? NO!!! Motivation is hot!

3. He's immature

Does he act like a respectful man or does he play passive-aggressive games with you? Just because he's 20 years old doesn't mean that he will act like it.

4. He's already your ex

Is he your ex? Is he playing games and messing with your head? He seems like a boy that doesn't know how to grow up and be a decent human.
