Halloween just ended, and everywhere I'm looking, people are jumping straight to Christmas. Aren't we forgetting another holiday?

Right, Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is such an underrated holiday, and here are 20 reasons we need to stop overlooking it.

1. Food? It's literally food.

2.Honestly, it's a great prequel to Christmas
3. You get a break from school, like who doesn't want that.
4. It's fall


5. You don't have to worry about getting spooked anymore
6. The cooking will make the house smell very nice
7. It's a great excuse to eat a lot of food 8. Black Friday shopping!
9. Thanksgiving food is THE best food ever!
10. Who doesn't like pumpkin pie?
11. After you eat, you can take the best nap of your life.

12. You get to spend time with family/friends
13. The Thanksgiving day parade is great!
14. Watching the Thanksgiving day football game is a close second
15. Thanksgiving leftovers are to die for.
16. Catching up with relatives.
17. Catching up on sleep.
18. Pie!
19.You don't have to spend money like you do on other holidays.
20. Being thankful!
