While searching the internet for pictures for an article, I stumbled across a really strange stock photo. This made me stop and think...

How many other photos are there out in the world that are just plain bizarre?

I began trolling Google for more of these. After falling down the rabbit hole, I decided that I shouldn't be the only one who knew these existed; therefore, I'm sharing them with all of you guys.

1. This photo of this hairless mouse who is unzipping their friend's disguise.

I honestly have no idea why this exists. What purpose did this once serve?

2. This similar one that looks like a really bad edit of the one above.

Now the crested gecko is breathing fire? What is happening?

3. What about this woman who is interested in putting carrots up her nose and... plugging it into her ear?

Where is she trying to plug the other end into? And why? What's the point of having an electric carrot in the first place?

4. Or this man who is either trying to eat this snake or seduce it.

Words just can't describe how strange this is.

5. This couple, neither of whom have a good head on their shoulders.

See what I did there?

6. The adult version of the Pillsbury Doughboy.

7. This woman who looks thrilled to be covered in some suggestive looking goo.

8. This photo of a giant with a watermelon belly who is eating more watermelons.

9. This weirdly sexual man in a Santa hat.

10. This man with a giant head.

11. This nun that appears to be swimming fully clothed with a singular koi fish.

12. This macaroni lady.

13. Along with her dried corn loving child.

14. And her lettuce-headed best friend.

15. This terrifying reversal of roles.

16. This man eats a shoe for dinner.

17. This terrifying person with a chainsaw.

18. This cyborg making fresh popcorn.

19. And finally, this baby whose face perfectly sums up my feelings on all of these photos.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
