Roommates. It's a love-hate relationship. No one really enjoys being stuck in a tiny dorm room with someone he/she barely knows for nine months out of the year. But more often than not, having a roommate is one of the best things that can happen to you. It teaches patience, acceptance, and how to pick and choose your battles. Chances are, your roommate is just as uncomfortable as you are and wants to make the best of the situation. Whether you like it or not, your roommate is your best friend. They see you at all of your highs and lows. A majority of the time roommates are under appreciated for all of the things they do that they really don't want to do, but do it anyways.
