The mother-daughter relationship we all want.

12 Times You And Your Mom Were Rory And Lorelai

Let me just begin by saying that if you have not watched "Gilmore Girls," well, you are doing yourself a major disservice. "Gilmore Girls" is easily a classic, with its corny conversations, dated lifestyle and 2000s flare, Rory and her mom. Lorelei, have a lot going on — as does the tight knit town that they live in. I doubt anyone would argue with the statement that Rory and Lorelei have a one of a kind relationship-one where you would suspect that they are sisters rather than mom and daughter. Perhaps you have that same kindred spirit-type relationship with your mom, too.

1. You talk about every part of your day.

2. She is always down to go out to eat or order take out.

3. Really, she's just always down to hang out with you.

4. She loves everything you love and vice versa.

5. You're both each other's "person."

6. She will always love you more than the boy you like.

7. She's your superwoman and you are her's.

8. There is never a dull moment between the two of you.

9. You embarrass her as much as she embarrasses you.

10. She knows about the boy in your life.

11. You speak the same language, even if that doesn't include words sometimes.

12. She'll always be your wing girl.

Bruce Springsteen's Top 7 Lyrics

Everything Bruce says in his classic rock songs.

19976
bruce springsteen album cover born in the usa

Anyone who was born and raised in New Jersey (or anywhere really) knows of Bruce Springsteen, whether or not they like him is a whole other situation. I hope that his hundreds of classic rock songs and famous high energy performances, even in his sixties he can put on better concerts than people half his age, are at least recognizable to people of all ages. Love him or hate him (I identify with the former) you have to admit that some of his songs and interviews have inspirational quotes and lyrics.

New England Summers Are The BEST Summers

Why you should spend your next summer in New England.

3495
Marconi Beach

Three years ago, I chose to attend college in Philadelphia, approximately 360 miles away from my small town in New Hampshire. I have learned many valuable lessons away from home, and have thoroughly enjoyed my time spent in Pennsylvania. One thing that my experience has taught me, however, is that it is absolutely impossible to beat a New England summer.
