If you're anything like me, you probably adore Pinterest, and the world of wonderful ideas, cute photos, and delicious recipes it holds. There are many ways to use Pinterest, but the best part is that you can make your Pinterest page anything you want it to be. It's entirely up to you! Here's eleven creative ways to use Pinterest, just to get you started!

1. Cheesy quotes

To me, life's all about those cliche quotes that get you through the toughest and brightest of days and warm your heart each and every time you read them. The great thing is, Pinterest is full of them!

2. Fashion

I myself have two different fashion boards on my Pinterest page: a spring/summer style board and a fall/winter style board, but you could even break up your fashion boards into categories of each of the four seasons! (Psst...sometimes posts even contain links to places with cheap but trendy clothing items!)

3. Future home decor

We all have the image in our head of our future dream house, and everything it contains. Pinterest contains ideas of the most beautiful home setups, from cozy fireplace displays to bedroom layout ideas. I mean, I know I'm a long way off from owning a home, but a girl can dream, right?

4. Hair and makeup goals

I'm one of those girls that get bored of my same old daily makeup and hair routines. Luckily, Pinterest is full of ideas for unique hairstyles, as well as for makeup ideas for a night out, or simple everyday looks. The ideas are endless, let me tell you!

5. Yummy recipes

Being a broke college kid who's never really cooked before, I rely heavily on Pinterest to bring me new recipe ideas and even tips for healthy snacking. Whether you're making food for you and your boy, or serving up an appetizer for a party, Pinterest has it all!

6. Perfect picture ideas

Okay, I am aware that this particular way to use Pinterest is super basic, but I love it. Various photos from peoples' VSCO and Instagram accounts will pop up on my feed, and it will totally inspire me to take similar pictures with my friends. Nothing makes me happier than an adorable picture with my bestie.

7. Miscellaneous tings

As previously stated, you can make a board for just about anything on Pinterest. I even have a board where I post miscellaneous things that I find adorable or simply comforting, such as pictures of cute animals, beautiful flowers, and silly sayings.

8. Dream wedding planning

I'm that girl that has been fantasizing about her wedding since she was a kid. On my wedding board on Pinterest, I save ideas for my dress, my reception, wedding photo ideas, my ceremony...everything in between. When the day comes, I'll have Pinterest to thank for making wedding planning less stressful and more enjoyable, as it's supposed to be.

9. Fitness tips

There are some beautiful-bodied Pinterest users out there! You can find everything related to health and fitness on Pinterest, from workout ideas to post-workout stretches to the cutest of athletic outfits to wear to the gym. If Pinterest doesn't inspire you to achieve your dream body, nothing will.

10. Faith

I'm all about my love for God, and I can even incorporate my religion into my Pinterest page! I'm constantly finding beautiful bible verses that I've never heard before, as well as new prayers and devotions. I see God everywhere in my life, even on Pinterest!

11. Entertainment inspiration

In the little bit of downtime that I have as a college student, I enjoy reading books, listening to music, and watching movies. Pinterest is full of various entertainment ideas that are right up your alley, I'm sure of it. Your next read: inspired by Pinterest.
