The flavors associated with the fall season, such as pumpkin spice, cinnamon, or apple, are arguably the best part of the change-of-season. Besides, by the end of summer, you're probably sick of eating burgers and dogs every three days, inhumane amounts of watermelon, and the oh-so-tempting ice cream cone nearly every night. Okay, so maybe eating ice cream every chance you get isn't so bad after all, but you can't deny that the onset of fall brings about a much-needed shift in your diet.
