Everyone has drowned themselves in a good book or movie at some point. Soon they are completely wrapped up in the character's lives and feel as if they know them on a personal level; don't try to deny it, you know it's true. As you become more and more emotionally involved with your favorite character, the writer does the most painful thing imaginable: they kill off your favorite character, as if it were nothing. This list is here to immortalize their short lives. **Spoiler Alert**

1. Fred Weasley (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows)

I can not tell you how hard I cried when I first read this and how much harder I cried when I actually saw it in the movie. It pains me immensely to this day, because even in my worst nightmares, Fred and George were to NEVER be separated.

2. Leslie Burke (Bridge to Terabithia)

This one was brutal for me as well, she was so loving and pure, why her???

3. George O'Malley (Grey's Anatomy)

Such a pure human, RIP 007.

4. Robin Hood (Once Upon A Time)

Okay, so the person that decided to kill off Robin Hood and steal him from Regina and Roland: I just wanna talk.

5. Alaska Young (Looking for Alaska)

John Green, we get it. You like to shatter our hearts and not let us know what the last thing someone said was.

7. Sirius Black (Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix)

Just thinking about this one shatters my heart. Brb, I need a moment.

8. Neal Cassidy (Once Upon A Time)

I am as big of a Captain Swan fan as the next, but Neal's death hit me so hard, because Emma was just so happy with his being there.

9. Jack Dawson (Titanic)

Why, why, WHY did anyone think that this would be an okay idea?

10. Thomas J (My Girl)

He was such a pure angel that just wanted Vada to be happy.

11. Rue (The Hunger Games)

She was so small, and her heart was so mighty. I just wanted her to happily win with Katniss, even if that wasn't a realistic desire. I cried like a baby when she was killed off.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
