3. Rewards points. So Ulta has an Ultamate rewards point system for every $1 you spend in Ulta you get 1 point. Once you get to 100 you can redeem your points or save them to let them build up faster, so you can cash them in for that palette you've been dying to get your hands on! These points can be redeemed on anything in the store except for salon and brow services as well as gift cards!
4. Birthday Gifts. Everyone doesn't actually get a birthday gift... Shocking I know!!! In order to receive your birthday gift you have to have your email in the system, then Ulta will send you an exclusive coupon code for your birthday gift! So run in and make sure your email is in our system before the 1st of your birthday month!
5. Returns Don't think you can cheat the system and buy products to receive the points and return the product because your points are deducted with every return you make unless you exchange the item! Our return policy is VERY lenient since we don't have samples simply 80 percent of unused product with the receipt or on your rewards card within 60 days NO EXCEPTIONS. If there is no receipt and you did not pay with a credit card or use your rewards card your credit will be loaded onto a merchandise gift card! We don't mind returning things at Ulta because we want you to be extremely happy with your products, but returning used things every day just gives you death glares from your beauty advisors and holds up the lines! If you return a product per Ulta Policy the product is then scanned out and damaged and according to the brands policy it can either be damaged to the point of no return and thrown away or sent back to the products company and they take it from there! The same goes when you decide to open that nice new lipstick on the shelf so please ask an associate to locate a tester for you or to make one! This may be awfully sad, but it is in the best interest and safety of the customer!! Believe us it kills us too!!!
9. The Salon at Ulta Beauty. Did you know that Ulta has a full service salon in their store? Now you do!! They offer everything from Perms and Highlights to Extractions and Microdermabrasions!! Plus if it's your first time in the salon you get an extra discount on your service!!! 10. Gifts With Purchase. So you want a free gift? Unfortunately, so does everyone else our free gifts are first come first serve! They come out on Sunday so the sooner you get there the better! Depending on the gift they may not even last until Wednesday! We also can not substitute a gift at this time since the gift is for a particular brand and we aren't allowed to distribute other gifts from other brands in place of it! Boo, I know!!!
