People come from all different places, are all different races, come from different socioeconomic households, are different genders, follow all different religions, and have different sexual preferences. But everyone in the world has one thing in common; We love Beyoncé. If you're one of those people who don't like Beyoncé, you are wrong and I hate you. Seriously, what’s not to like? She has been in the media since she was 15, taking over the 90’s pop charts with Destiny’s Child, and went on to be one of the most successful solo artists in the entire world. I mean come on, they don’t call her Queen B for no reason. If you aren’t a Beyoncé fan I promise you your life will change after you see this woman perform in concert. After seeing her show I personally declare Beyoncé as my new religion... I can do that, right?

1. HOLY SHIT IT'S BEYONCE.

The queen bee herself is only feet away from you ?!

2. I am not worthy.

No seriously you're a peasant and you're not worthy of this greatness.

3. Nothing is ever going to be better than this right now.

Literally nothing.. sorry to my future husband and future children but this is going to be WAY better than my wedding and your birth.

4. OK, there is some serious GIRL POWER on that stage.

All girl dancers, all girl band, a girl guitar solo, a girl drummer, my little feminist heart is skipping a beat.

5. OK, she is seriously flawless.

I think she really wakes up like this guys??? She's drop dead gorgeous.

6. She's nice too!?

Throughout the show she did not stop thanking her audience for being there and supporting her for the last fifteen years of her career. Seriously she had to say thank you 800 times and each time I fell more in love with her.

7. Jesus, she can perform.

In my opinion this is what separates a good artist from a FANTASTIC artist. She did not stop preforming... she danced all three hours; in a box, in water, in the air, on a chair, you name it, she danced on it. It was a non-stop SHOW.

8. AND she can sing.

I seemed to forget that this woman has an amazing voice too (so unfair) because usually I'm so caught up in the performance, but man this woman has serious pipes. She's raw and she's talented and when she sings you literally get memorized by her.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
