Hands down, Sleeping is one of the greatest sensations in the entire world. However, the art of sleeping is different for every single person.

Some thrive on only 4-6 hours. While others may need 10-12. However, some prefer to sleep 20 out of the 24 hours of the day. Their sleep schedule is more important than their work. Their Friday nights consist of seeing if they can sleep through the weekend with limited bathroom breaks and a granola bar.

You believe that by sleeping more, you are becoming the best version of yourself. If sleeping were an Olympic sport, you genuinely believe you could take gold. There are only some of the traits that can qualify you for a "Sleepaholic" but if you identify with more than 5 out 8 qualifications below, you are living one of the best lives.

1. You put your naps above everything.

People could say "Hey, want to get dinner," and "Hey, we should study," or "We need to talk." However, your first thought will always be, "Can I take a nap first?"

You plan your days around it and there is no need to be ashamed of it.

2. You can sleep anywhere.

Class, Work, Plane, Train. You name it, it can be done.

3. You dream about sleep all day.

From the moment you step out of your bed, you long for the moment you'll be back in it.

4. You envision yourself as a Mulan but you're more of Sleeping Beauty.

And do not get me wrong, you may be a kickass human fighting in place of your father to defeat the Huns when you're actually awake. However, you would not mind sleeping for a few months thanks to a sleeping spell.

5. You prefer sleeping over eating

Yeah, believe it or not, but this is a thing. You know the life of skipping lunch multiple days in a row to nap. Food to an Olympic napper is just a preference at this point. Unless it's Chick-fil-A, but that is an article for a different day.

6. You get a rush when you say "I slept 15 hours yesterday" and you watch how people react.

Whereas that is a light day for you, others are #shook when you tell them that you can sleep for that long and then wake up and take another nap.

7. You don't mind skipping things just to nap.

The phrase "Sorry, I'm busy" is your response to everything just because you want to sleep. However, you can stop lying to your friends, they know you're napping.

8. However, you're awake and present when it counts.

You never miss the important events, phone calls, or text because sometimes, you put yourself selfish needs aside to be with the ones you love... only sometimes though (Let's not get crazy)

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
