If you are like me, you are late for every event although you ALWAYS plan to be on time. What can I say?

Time is never on our side and we cannot help it.

1. When you say “I’m on my way,” it actually means “I will get there when I get there.” which is usually an hour later than expected.

2. You are always in a rush and end up late anyway, but try to make it look like you actually tried to be on time.

3. You have a million and one excuses of why you’re late.

4. You do not understand why being on time is such a big deal.

5. Your friends know you as the ‘late’ friend.

6. “I’m sorry I’m late” is basically one of your most overused phrases.

7. You never plot out the amount of time it will take to get from point A to point B because you will probably be late anyway.

8. Every day is a daily struggle because you want to be on time for scheduled events but almost never succeed.

9. The face you make when your friends tell you to ‘hurry up'.

10. When you show up for an event earlier than usual, it turns into a celebration.

So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
