If you're looking for a real haunting tour to last a day, a trip to Collinsville, Illinois is the way to go. The tour is filled with places in and along Collinsville that is haunted. Well, supposedly haunted. So, grab your popcorn and drink and let's get to it.

It's been a while since I dived deep into a Haunted Cemetery. The last one I discussed being Bachelor's Grove Cemetary located in Midlothian, IL deep in the wooded forest. This time, it's all about one particular family's cemetery that is haunted- the Krome Family.

The Krome's cemetery sits in Collinsville, IL, fairly close to St. Louis, off of Old Keebler Road. Nothing too fancy nor big, just the buried remains of the Krome's. This little cemetery is all that remains of the Krome mansion which has been rumored the mansion burned down long ago. It includes about 10 headstones hidden amongst the trees.

Locales of the town have reported weird happening surrounding the graveyard. There have been reports of ghosts or apparitions of people walking around. Some say it's the ghosts of slaves since the Krome mansion once housed slaves in its lifetime. One visitor reported that her child would claim to see a ghost haunt the area when passing by.

You know what's even weirder about that little boy who kept seeing the ghost? His child also reported to seeing a ghost around the area. It's claimed to be the ghost of a little girl wandering the grounds.

Explorers have reported to stumbling upon leg shackles in the concrete walls of the basement. Could this have been the holding pen for the slaves? Once the word got out about the shackles, ghostly apparitions were starting to rumor about especially during the night.

Witnesses reported the apparitions would walk from the remains of the house to the family cemetery. Was this perhaps to haunt the Krome Family in the afterlife?

But, just about 3 miles south of the haunted family cemetery lies the Miner Theater. The theater is rumored to have at least three ghosts haunting the old building. One being a young woman and the other two are brothers.

One of the brothers killed the other for ownership of the theater, so just the usual brother fights except this one end in murder. The actors at the theater advised not to call the ghost names since the two brothers are supposedly more hostile to visitors and guests. And the last ghost is a woman who is harmless and just pulls mischievous pranks.

Another haunted area of Collinsville is Lebanon Road nicknamed the gates of hell. There are a series of concrete tunnels and rumor has it if you drive out to them and park underneath one of the tunnels, then turn off your car completely, spirits will send hellhounds out to bring back your soul.

Another legend also says if you drive through all gates without driving through one twice at midnight, you will be taken to hell through the last gate. So you know, just the usual creepy stuff.

If you dare to wander to any of these places in Collinsville, enter at your own risk. Especially the gates of hell or you might find yourself somewhere you do not want to be at.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
