You and your best friend are close (maybe too close), and you know everything about one another. What better way to describe your friendship than with one of the greatest friend pairings of all time? Joey and Chandler from "Friends"truly show what it is like being best friends with someone.

1. You can almost never be serious together.

You are constantly laughing with one another (or at one another), and it's hard to have a serious conversation sometimes. This especially happens when you are with your best friend and you are told to quiet down. At that point, the laughter never really stops.

2. You're basically in sync with one another.

You are around each other so much, you start acting like one another. There are time you might do things or say things at the exact same time.

3. Sometimes, they are the only person you can really talk to.

Sure, sometimes it is hard to be serious, but sometimes they are the only person you can really open up to. It's nice to have someone in your life that you can tell any of your secrets to, and still trust them.

4. You love embarrassing each other.

Having a best friend is just like having a sibling. You love them, but you also love to aggravate them to no end.

5. You probably have made up a handshake at some point.

Sure, it might be lame to make up a handshake, but so is your best friend. You love to do cheesy best friend things with them, because who else would you do those things with?

6. You probably also have matching friendship bracelets.

Are you really best friends if you don't have some sort of piece of jewelry from Claire's that says so? It might be buried somewhere in an old jewelry box, but it still means something.

7. You still like to act like kids sometimes.

Especially if you have been best friends since childhood, it's nice to act like kids every once in a while.

8. Your best friend is your favorite dancing partner.

There is no one else you would rather bust a move with. Your best friend and you always know how to have a great time together.

9. You love to show your friendship off to the world.

From Instagram posts to Odyssey articles, you want the world to know who your best friend is. Your friendship is too important not to show off to everyone else.

10. You know no matter what, you will always find your way back to one another.

Whether it's going to different schools or growing up way too fast, you know that you and your best friend really will be best friends forever. No matter what happens, you will always be there for one another.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
