Sarah Stewart

I am a senior studying strategic communications at Oklahoma State University—so, yes, I like to talk (shocker!). More than that, though, I love to connect.

I thrive on that connection, on pinpointing the best ways to build and maintain fruitful relationships. I like to think of myself as a ‘professional student’ (I may have just a few too many post-it notes…), constantly growing my understanding of effective and efficient communication and adapting that knowledge to every opportunity.

Currently, I am the EIC for the Odyssey community at Oklahoma State University, helping others to find and hone their voices. I help people take their experiences, thoughts and beliefs and create relatable works.

This spring, I was the national social media manager for Project HEAL. My passion for the empowerment of others mixed with my skills in social media, content creation and content marketingallow me to creatively promote eating disorder recovery by raising awareness, educating the public and providing support for those seeking treatment.

While I love the work I do, I am a firm believer in maintaining a work-life balance. Outside of school and work, you can find me lost in a book, doing some ‘princess’ running or biking in the gym with my fan and TV, drinking my fourth cup of coffee while daydreaming of my future adventures or simply enjoying my friends and family!
