1. See the Welcome Show

To start it off, when the park officially opens there is a show that happens at the park entrance that basically let's everyone know that the park is open and ready for all the visitors. If you get the chance to see it, it will be a great start to your day and you'll be one of the first people to get into the park as well!

2. Buy Mickey (or Minnie) ears

What is a Disney trip without any ears? When getting into Disney and even throughout the whole park, there are dozens of stores that carry many different styles of Disney ears. You will have a lot to pick from so pick your favorite and wear it throughout the day.

3. Get your picture in front of the castle

Taking a picture in front of the castle will definitely make for a great Instagram post. Getting this picture will allow you to keep a great memory and it will also just look aesthetically pleasing!

4. Have and eat your own Dole Whip

Now getting into some of the foods of Disney, a Dole Whip is high on the list. There are just so yummy and tasty and something you will be longing for all day!

5. Eat a Mickey shaped ice cream

There are several different versions of Mickey shaped ice creams ranging from ice cream sandwiches to normal ice cream but all will taste amazingly and keep you cool on those hot Florida days.

6. Eat a Mickey soft pretzel

There is definitely a Mickey shaped food theme going on and every single one is a must have. Soft pretzels are pretty good but a Mickey shaped soft pretzel is amazing! Add some cheese or salt and you will be in heaven.

7. Take a picture with a Mickey Ballon

You will see many vendors selling the Mickey balloons throughout the park and anywhere in the park will have a great background for a picture. Little hint: sometimes if you are nice and ask the vendors if you can just take a picture with the balloons and not actually pay for it, they will let you.

8. Meet as many character as you can

Some character have certain areas and times where you can line up and meet them. Make sure to check the times for character meet and greets and run over to take you pictures with them!

9. Get an autograph book and get as many characters to sign it

Along with taking pictures with characters, you can also have them sign an autograph. There are many stores in Disney that sell autographs book which you can stop by. It's really cool to see how all the characters sign and keep them as a forver memory.

10. Stay from open to close

It might get hot and tiring and maybe even a little bit frustrating but try to stay at the park from open to close. You will be able to ride all the rides you want and even see all the shows they have in the park. You'll be making memory after memory and will have tons of fun!

11. Watch the final Disney show at the castle

The names of the show change every once in a while but at the end of the night, there is a light and firework show at the castle. It's super pretty and colorful and might make you cry from happiness. Also keep your eyes open because Tinker Bell can make an appearance in the sky and fly right before your eyes!
