The Countdown To Graduation

Caps and Gowns and Announcements, Oh my!

It’s finally happening. In the midst of ordering graduation dresses and announcements, making dinner reservations, and everything else, the realization that I’m graduating in a few short months is at the forefront of my mind.

Honestly, it’s really hard to believe because it feels like I just started college, and now it’s over in the blink of an eye. Reflecting on the last three and half years, it’s been amazing! College is such a ride: ups, downs and everything in between! Everyone gets to this point eventually, and while it’s bittersweet, it’s also really exciting! It can be a little daunting if you’re not sure what you’re doing yet, but at the end of the day you’re graduating from college with a degree and that’s a big deal!!

So, with that in mind, no matter how nervous or anxious you are about the days counting down, just enjoy the time you have left, and be excited for what’s to come after!! The world is your oyster (*graduating from college, and still don’t know what that expression means but I use it at least once a week. Oh well.) The point is, you have your entire life to figure out what to do with it, just spend your time doing things you enjoy, and celebrate when you do BIG THINGS ... like graduating from college!!!

So…… CONGRATS TO EVERYONE WHO’S MADE IT THIS FAR. WE DID IT!! Here’s to making the most of our remaining days of college, and continuing with a lust for life for the rest of it!

And if you haven't already guessed, it's beer. There are few things I take more seriously than my beer, in order are: sports... and beer. Here are my favorite summer brews:

Bruce Springsteen's Top 7 Lyrics

Everything Bruce says in his classic rock songs.

bruce springsteen album cover born in the usa

Anyone who was born and raised in New Jersey (or anywhere really) knows of Bruce Springsteen, whether or not they like him is a whole other situation. I hope that his hundreds of classic rock songs and famous high energy performances, even in his sixties he can put on better concerts than people half his age, are at least recognizable to people of all ages. Love him or hate him (I identify with the former) you have to admit that some of his songs and interviews have inspirational quotes and lyrics.

New England Summers Are The BEST Summers

Why you should spend your next summer in New England.

3137
Marconi Beach

Three years ago, I chose to attend college in Philadelphia, approximately 360 miles away from my small town in New Hampshire. I have learned many valuable lessons away from home, and have thoroughly enjoyed my time spent in Pennsylvania. One thing that my experience has taught me, however, is that it is absolutely impossible to beat a New England summer.
