We all know that huge holiday meals result in a lot of leftovers! I personally love having leftovers and the opportunity to get creative with them! Here are a few ideas on how to use your Thanksgiving leftovers!

1. Thanksgiving Dinner Sandwich

Wawa has the Gobbler and Capriotti's has the Bobby, but why buy one when you can recreate this amazing sandwich at home! All you need is a leftover dinner roll, a little mayo, cheese, turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce and you are all set!

2. Mashed Potato Pancakes

If you like hash browns, you will love leftover mashed potato pancakes. All you need to do is mix 2 cups of the leftover mashed potatoes with 1 egg, 1/4 cup flour, and a little salt, and garlic and pepper for seasoning. You can also throw in some diced onions and cheese if you are feeling fancy. Make them in a frying pan or on a griddle just as you would make regular pancakes and top them with whatever you want. Sour cream and chives is always a nice choice.

3. Cranberry Turkey Salad

This is my favorite way to use leftover turkey. I scrape every last bit of meat I can get off of the carcass and mix it with some plain Greek yogurt (instead of mayo), dill weed, and cranberry sauce! It goes great on sandwiches, crackers, rice cakes, and salads! Personally, I like to eat it with roasted sweet potatoes!

4. Mashed Sweet Potato or Butternut Squash Waffles

Did you know you can make waffles with leftover mashed sweet potatoes or butternut squash? Mix 1.5 cups with 2/3 cup milk, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons oil, and a little cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg for seasoning. Pull out the handy dandy waffle iron and make them just as you would make regular waffles! You can top them with maple syrup, leftover cranberry sauce, ice cream, or, like I do, almond butter and Greek yogurt with cooked apples or pears :)

5. Sheppard's Pie

Got leftover mashed potatoes and green bean casserole? Throw them together with some ground beef (or I guess you could also use leftover turkey) and you have Sheppard's pie!

6. Dinner for breakfast!

If breakfast for dinner is a thing, then so is dinner for breakfast! I come from a family where it is actually kind of normal to eat leftover pizza or meatloaf in the morning, so why would Thanksgiving dinner leftovers be any different?

Taylor Swift in orange dress playing a moss-covered piano on stage with bright lights.

A three-and-a-half-hour runtime. Nine Eras. Eleven outfit changes. Three surprise songs. Zero breaks. One unforgettable evening. In the past century, no other performer has put on an electric performance quite like Taylor Swift, surpassing her fans ‘wildest dreams’. It is the reason supporters keep coming back to her shows each year. Days later, I’m still in awe of the spectacle ‘Miss Americana’ puts on every few days in a new city. And, like one of Taylor’s exes, has me smiling as I reminisce about the memories of the night we spent together.
