I went through most of my life thinking that happiness would smack me in the face. That it would be so big I could not miss it. I was wrong. sometimes when happiness comes it sneaks around you in small ways. Here are ten small things that can change your life.

Facing your fears will help you feel free! So, try it and if you can't do it the first time keep trying.
Love yourself
