There are a few things I have learned recently, one of them is that you need to seek out happiness instead of waiting for it to find you. It is so important that we realize that packages are sometimes small.

I went through most of my life thinking that happiness would smack me in the face. That it would be so big I could not miss it. I was wrong. sometimes when happiness comes it sneaks around you in small ways. Here are ten small things that can change your life.

A new morning routine can completely change your world. It can help you reorganize your brain and help you destress.

Facing fears

Facing your fears will help you feel free! So, try it and if you can't do it the first time keep trying.

Love yourself

Loving yourself is the best thing you can do for you! take some time out of your day to treat yourself!

Explore your city

Go places in your city you've never been before! You might find new places to hangout or meet new people.

Try being healthier

Your body is a temple, so treat it like one! Eat healthy and workout more, your body will thank you!

Limit social media use

Stop scrolling and live life! this will help you out a lot but it will also be hard to do. Maybe limit yourself to an hour a day.

Hangout with your more positive friends

Surround yourself with people who inspire you. This will benefit you more than you could imagine!

Treat yourself!

Buy that shirt you've wanted or take yourself to that new sushi restaurant. You deserve it and it will boost your happiness to unknown levels.

Save some money for a fun day

Go somewhere new, travel abroad, buy something nice, or even take your friends to lunch. Invest in yourself.

 Redecorate your space

It is refreshing to redo your space. So take sometime to rearrange your life and relax!
