The Jonas Brothers Dropped Their Much Awaited Reunion Album, And I'm Such A 'Sucker' For It
The boys are back. Not Troy and Chad, but this will do for now.
Oh, the boyband stage. Every girl has that one boyband they were so crazy about. If they say they don't, then they're absolutely lying. Boybands have come and gone with the wind, usually only staying long enough to make their way into teenage girls' hearts everywhere just to break up once they get too old to be singing to millions of 13-year-olds. Thus, breaking the hearts of young girls everywhere.
The Jonas Brothers were no exception. They came and went faster than the blink of an eye, leaving us with nothing more than a few albums and TV show reruns on Disney Channel to keep ourselves together until now. The Jonas Brothers made the comeback of the century when they released "Sucker" completely out of the blue, making all of our fangirl hearts explode, but that's not all. They just recently came out with a new album called "Happiness Begins," which is everything we never knew we needed. The thing about boybands is that they tend to have a somewhat childish tone to them but not this album. Get ready for it to knock your socks off with some songs that are so relatable it's almost scary.
"Sucker"
This is definitely the song that changed the game. No one was expecting this, and I think that's what makes it so good. It marks the beginning of a new era for the Jonas Brothers. Oh, and it describes a relationship that everyone has definitely found themselves stuck in at some point or another.
"Used To Be"
This one is sure to get you in your feels and (probably) one of the most relatable songs on the album. If you're going through it and need some new sad songs, give this song a listen. It won't disappoint, I swear.
"Cool"
Although most of the songs on this album are about relationships, this one is just so much fun. Listen to this song and get an instant confidence boost for sure.
"Rollercoaster"
This one is all about growing up and looking back on an old love. It gives off the typical peppy boyband feel, but I think it would be almost criminal if they didn't give us just one typical boyband song, right?
"Comeback"
This song is about the relationship that isn't quite over just yet. I think everyone can relate to this one in some way or another. It's definitely another one of those songs that will put you in your feels.
If you haven't done so yet, give the album a listen. The Jo Bros have changed so much, and we need to appreciate it. They are truly living in the year 3000. Now, my only question left is when is One Direction coming back?
