People have their own opinions when it comes to the freshman 15. Some may say it's a bunch of lies while others, like me, believe it's true. Here's why.
When I started my freshman year in 2015, I was thin. Now that it's 2019, I am the heaviest I have been in my life. This is because I began to stress eat. Also, eating a lot of fast food had a lot to do with weight gain. Instead of exercising, I would sit in my room and eat Doritos while watching something on Netflix. Here are some ways to prevent the freshman 15.
Skip the fast food and meal prep instead.
Lay down the bag of chips and eat fruit for snack.
EXERCISE.
Choose grilled foods over fried foods.
Drink water instead of sodas.
Don't skip breakfast.
Ride a bike to class.
Walk to class.
Find a stress reliever that is not food.
Join a fitness program.
Find a friend who is active and work out with them.
