1. "Everything happens for a reason, a season, or a lifetime"
I don't know how many times I can say this or hear this but, everything truly happens for a reason. Sometimes things work out and sometimes they don't. It's life. Things or people sometimes enter your life for one of the three reasons. They can enter it for a certain reason, where they end up teaching you something or maybe it's because you really needed that person at that moment. They can enter it for a season, where it's temporary but it ended up teaching you a lesson or making you happy in that certain season. Lastly, they can enter it for a lifetime and it's one of the best things that was brought into your life.

Be happy. While that may be an aspiration of yours, decide to be happy today. Be full of joy because at the end of the day if you truly are, then nobody can take that away from you. It's also a great feeling, knowing you're content and happy with life. You should always try to be optimistic and happy because people will remember how you made them feel and how you probably brought light into their day. Be that person that brightens the room they walk into. Be that person that's walking on sunshine. Remember though, it's okay not to be okay, so don't fake a smile if you don't have too.

Consuming too much protein during the day can actually do more harm to your goal than benefit. 3. Cardio SUCKS! But it gets the job done
This is a tip I need to follow myself: Cardio sucks. However, cardio gets your heart rate up and helps you shed weight more than anything else (besides changing your diet, duh). Cardio also helps in toning your legs, which is an extra plus.
4. 20% exercise, 80% diet
Popeye didn't get those muscles from a diet of McDonald's and iced coffee. When people say that it is most likely what you eat... It IS. Make it a goal to eat at least one salad a day, drink water with all of your meals, and hit a daily step goal for yourself.
5. Count those dang calories
Although you might think you don't eat unhealthily, you definitely eat worse than you think. Count your calories through a free downloadable app on your phone... You will definitely see a big change in your diet and you get to learn at the same time!
6. Don't weigh yourself every day
Weighing yourself every day is one of the worst things you can do for. You could be 150 one day, 154 the next, and 148 the day after that–it fluctuates like crazy! It all depends on what you eat, when you weigh yourself, and your recent exercise. You will be better off weighing yourself every week or two.
7. Weight training... Don't miss out on gains
Weight training isn't just for the boys. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn while doing nothing. It benefits you when trying to lose weight or just toning your body. If you're looking to tone, use lighter weights, higher reps (15-20), and extra sets (3-5). If you're looking to gain muscle mass, use heavier weights, fewer reps (8-12), and a decent amount of sets (typically 3).
8. Results take time
Absolutely do not get discouraged if you don't drop ten pounds in the first week or two of working out. Waiting to see results is frustrating, but stick with it because it will pay off. Not only does working out help you look good, it'll help you feel good, too. Your health will improve drastically, from blood pressure to heart rate to BMI. You'll be improving and it'll show.

You are allowed to have wants. You are allowed to have needs. The guy you're hooking up with isn't afraid to ask you to give him a blowjob or get on top or whatever, so you don't need to fear asking for something. This is key for you to have a good time!

Listen. The stigma and uncomfortableness about talking about sex is so dumb. If you want to talk about sex, you shouldn't feel uncomfortable. Being open is a-okay.

Um, once again, you're just taking care of your health. Kudos to you for being responsible!
14. How your body looks or smells during sex.
You shouldn't feel ashamed of whatever rolls you may have on your stomach, or the freckles on your back, or how you smell *down there* during sex. Hold yourself with confidence and do the damn thing, if he can't handle a couple fat rolls he clearly shouldn't be having sex.
15. Taking (and sending!) nudes.
If you want to send a thirst trap to a bunch of people on Snapchat, DO IT! You look bomb AF, anyways.
