Don't get me wrong, being thick has it's advantages, but it's not always a walk in the park. I like having a big butt and thick thighs. Sometimes my thick thighs are very convenient, especially when they catch food that I drop. To all of the thick girls out there, here's an article that you might find relatable.

1.Your jean shorts fit your thighs, but not your waist.

2.Yours hips are constantly getting caught on the corners of shelves, dressers, and counters.

3.You prefer to wear boy short underwear, because wearing any other type of underwear calls for a constant wedgie. And it's all because if your big booty.

4.Finding jeans that fit you without giving you a muffin top is nearly impossible.

5.Dresses, rompers, and skirts are super short in the back, because your booty is so big and you never like the way your thighs look.

6.Your leggings and jeans get holes in the thighs, because you haven’t had a thigh gap since birth.

7.Riding in the backseat of a car with two other people is super uncomfortable.

8.You hate taking full body pictures with your friends.

9.Your shoulders are very broad, which makes them great to cry on. Serena doesn't care about her broad shoulders, so we shouldn't either.

10.You buy sneakers from the men’s section, because they always have your size.

11.You feel extremely uncomfortable in any type of bathing suit. Me when I try on a bathing suit:

New England Summers Are The BEST Summers

Three years ago, I chose to attend college in Philadelphia, approximately 360 miles away from my small town in New Hampshire. I have learned many valuable lessons away from home, and have thoroughly enjoyed my time spent in Pennsylvania. One thing that my experience has taught me, however, is that it is absolutely impossible to beat a New England summer.

Yes, the math major is doing a math-related post. What are the odds? I'll have to calculate it later. Many people have probably learned about the Fibonacci sequence in their high school math classes. However, I thought I would just refresh everyone's memories and show how math can be beautiful and apply to physical things everywhere around us with stunning examples.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
