I LIVE for pump-up songs. While music on the radio is all well and good, digging through Spotify to find adrenaline-pumping songs makes this list all the more fun. Here are a few to add to your designated kick-ass playlist.

1. Dangerous by Royal Deluxe

This is a very low-key kick-ass song. The driving bass in the chorus really hammers home the 'take on the world' objective.

2. Walk On Water by Thirty Seconds to Mars

Having Jared Leto ask you if you're gonna win this fight tonight is so empowering for some reason. And yes, the actor Jared Leto is the lead singer of this band. Worth a listen!

3. Blood // Water by grandson

Despite this song being in Riverdale, it's a really good mysterious hype song. The chord progression in it makes you feel like you're in an action movie.

The first time I heard this song, it was stuck in my head for WEEKS. You'll be humming it to yourself as you take down your worst enemies.

5. Legend by The Score

My school plays this song with a dramatic montage of the players training before every basketball game, but I knew this song before the season began. When I heard it playing, I became even more excited for the game!
