Whether you've been through a breakup, you need a break from boys, or simply need some time to rediscover what you want from a relationship or in life, these songs will remind you how awesome you are all on your own and that you don't have to give up on love completely. Enjoy this playlist and enjoy being single, no matter what.

Since U Been Gone - Kelly Clarkson

Lines to learn from: I can breathe for the first time. I'm so moving on. Thanks to you, now I get what I want.

Why you should listen to it: A relationship goes south, and it's okay to let your feelings out. If they hurt you, get angry. Cry. Do whatever you need to do to feel better. You're better off without them anyway.

Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It) - Beyonce

Lines to learn from: I can't care less what you think. I need no permission, did I mention? Don't pay him any attention.

Why you should listen to it: She's Queen Bey, and she knows how to act after all the drama -- so put your best face forward and let yourself have fun. You're fabulous all by yourself.

We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together - Taylor Swift

Lines to learn from: You go talk to your friends, talk to my friends, talk to me. But we are never ever ever getting back together. Like ever.

Why you should listen to it: Taylor's written a lot of songs about boys, but this is one that actually celebrates how (even if takes a while to let them go) liberating it feels to not be attached.

Fighter - Christina Aguilera

Lines to learn from: It makes me that much stronger, makes me work a little bit harder. It makes me that much wiser, so thanks for making me a fighter.

Why you should listen to it: Going through tough experiences makes you a stronger person in the end. You live and you learn.

I Don't Wanna Be In Love - Good Charlotte

Lines to learn from: It's okay, let it go. Get out there and find someone (some more). Stop what you're doing, you don't wanna ruin your chance to find a new one.

Why you should listen to it: You deserve to live your life and find someone that'll live it with you. Don't forget how special that is.

Shout Out To My Ex - Little Mix

Lines to learn from: You made my heart break and that made me who I am. Hey look at me now, I'm all the way up, I swear you'll never bring me down.

Why you should listen to it: Girl power, all the way. If Perrie can get over Zayn after a 4 year romance (2 years of it being engaged), then you can say bye to whoever was making you miserable. Live your life for you, not anyone else.

Stronger - Britney Spears

Lines to learn from: I've had enough, I'm not your property as of today baby. You might think that I won't make it on my own, but now I'm stronger than yesterday.

Why you should listen to it: You are your own before you are anyone else's. So if someone is being a jerk to you, you deserve better.

22 - Taylor Swift

Lines to learn from: We're happy free confused and lonely in the best way. It's miserable and magical. Tonight's the night when we forget about the heartbreaks, it's time.

Why you should listen to it: It doesn't matter if you're 22 or you're another 20-something trying to figure out their life. You'll go through some pretty tough times, especially with relationships, but you need to forget about that and keep going. The past is past.

Run and Hide - Sabrina Carpenter

Lines to learn from: When did we all stop thinking that the world stops spinning in a kiss goodnight? And when did our heartbeat, beating too fast stop meaning it was worth the while? I wanna be loved. I don't wanna run, I don't wanna hide.

Why you should listen to it: Keeping your emotions inside is unfortunately what society has taught us. But in order to have healthy relationships with others and with yourself, you need to be honest about what you want.

Same Old Love - Selena Gomez

Lines to learn from: I'm not spending any time, wasting tonight on you. So don't you try and change your mind, cause I won't be changing too.

Why you should listen to it: You deserve someone who treats you right, and if someone tries to change you, then they're not good for you. If you lose yourself in a relationship, it's one of the hardest things to go through, but you will find your way back to being you -- and you alone are enough. Remember that.

10 Thoughts Of A 5th Year Senior

What about those of us who don't do it all in four years?

"College will be the best four years of your life" is a phrase that we have all heard growing up. College is painted as a magical place to us while we are in high school. A place you go to learn, meet your best friends and probably have the time of your life while all of this is going down. Four whirlwind years, where everything that you've known changes and you start to learn what it means to live on your own, have a job, etc. But what about those of us who don't do this all in four years? Major changes, hard courses, switching schools, career paths changing, these are just a handful of factors that could extend your four years to five, six or seven. There is nothing wrong with taking extra time to graduate, but returning as a fifth-year is a little different. Most of your best friends have most likely graduated and moved and while you may be one of the oldest undergraduates on campus, you might feel as awkward as a freshmen. A world that became home and comfortable to you is still there but it's slightly different than you've known it to be and you have to find a groove to fall into. These are thoughts you'll have as you look ahead to returning to your college campus, with a victory lap planned.

11 Times Aubrey Plaza Described Sophomore Year

"I don't want to do things. I want to do not things."

Aubrey Plaza is one of my favorite humans in Hollywood. She's honest, blunt, unapologetic, and hilarious. I just started my sophomore year of college, and found that some of her best moments can accurately describe the start of the school year.

1. When your advisor tells you that you should declare a major soon.

2. Seeing the lost and confused freshmen and remembering that was you a short year ago, and now being grateful you know the ins and outs of the campus.

3. Going to the involvement fair to sign up for more clubs knowing that you are already too involved.

4. When you actually do the reading required for the first class.

5. Seeing your friends for the first time since last semester.

6. When you're already drowning in homework during syllabus week.

7. Realizing you don't have the same excitement for classes as you did as a freshman.

8. Going home and seeing people from high school gets weirder the older you get.
