Dan Fogelman, we don't know if we love you or hate you.

If you are up to date with the first episode of season 3, you have to have your theories just bubbling inside you. I have been theorizing all week with both my mom and my friends so I thought: why not share with you all! Feel free to tell me all of your theories as well because I could talk about this show for hours.

SO where do we begin?

Let's start with the "her" storyline. At the end of season two, we see a flash forward of Tess and Randall. Tess is now a social worker, presumably due to her inspiration of Deja. While that in itself is so touching, I can only imagine what we are about to find out. Tess seems upset, but Randall seems encouraging through his sadness. As we have come to see over the past seasons, Randall always seems to be persuasive as well as right. Therefore, Tess follows.

Fast forward to season 3 episode 1, we find out a little more information only to make us go THAT much more crazier. At the end of the episode, we see future Tess and Randall again arriving at what appears to be some sort of hospital (in my opinion). Randall then calls Toby who we see to look distraught. Randall asks Toby if he is coming and when Toby initially says no, Randall convinces him otherwise and says "She would want you to be there." The camera pans over to show that the bed is empty on the other side. **ALSO if you pause your television when Toby is on the phone, you can notice that he is not wearing a wedding ring.

Theory time:

Toby (as we saw at the end of the episode) goes off his anti-depressants and falls back into his mental illness. Although he does this to help Kate and his future family, it tears them apart. Kate tries all she can to help him but can not take it anymore and ends up divorcing him. The IVF does not work to add to the stress on their marriage. "Her" is Rebecca and although Kate and Toby are divorced, Randall knows that Kate would want Toby there. Kate is already at the hospital, never leaving Rebecca's side. Toby and Rebecca did have a strong relationship as we have seen developing in past seasons. It would also make sense that Tess is too sad to say goodbye to her beloved grandmother.

Some people are saying they think Kate dies from the IVF treatment. To be honest, I do not think they would kill Kate off. It would be too morbid and throw off the entire show. Also, I feel like Toby would not take off his ring if she died, they loved each other too much. BUT, we never know with this show.

Another question being asked is the possibility of "her" being Kate. As I said, I still do not feel like they would kill off Kate in the present piece of the show, but it could be possible in the flash forwards. It couldn't be from the IVF treatment though because it is too far in the future...so what is she sick with if "her" is Kate?

At the end of season 2, I thought that "her" was Beth because Tess seemed deeply impacted by whoever she may be. However, now that we have tied Toby into it, I'm not sure how likely it may be.

There are SO many possibilities at this point. Also, where is Kevin?

I hope I got your theorizing juices flowing! Until the next episode...

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
